There is so much to be thankful for as we approach the Christmas holiday season and hopefully find time to stop and reflect on another year quickly coming to an end.  For Accu-Fab  2021 has been another great year of growth and expansion.  Even with the global pandemic and numerous labor and supply chain issues, our company managed to sustain growth. Having digested the prior two years +70% growth, we will finish 2021 with a healthy rate of increase around 13%.  
 
As we move into 2022 we are forecasting continued strong financial performance.  We are supper thankful for the support of our associates, dedicated suppliers and awesome customers.  2021 was a time of building and expanding sales organically. The confidence our existing customers have placed in us by awarding more and more business has been very rewarding.
 
In response to all this new business activity and the continued promise of sustained growth, Accu-Fab has again made significant investments in machinery and human resources.  To counter the challenging employment market we have continued to invest in additional automation and “lean” manufacturing tools to gain efficiency. In response to the current strong customer demand, during the months of December and January we are installing 2 lasers and a new turret punch both with loading automation.
 
During this busy holiday season, day to day business challenges, demands at home and socially, along with many other distractions, often keep us from focusing on the true reason we should all be celebrating this time of year.  Of course, Christmas is the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, but also the celebration of His on-going desire to have a personal relationship with us.
 
Scripture reminds us, by our personal acknowledgment and purposeful acceptance of Christ’s sacrifice on the cross for our sins, we gain eternal life in fellowship with God in Heaven. This wonderful gift is magnified in song and cheer this time of year.  My prayer is that you will find time this holiday to reflect on these spiritual truths and find out for yourself the real meaning of the Christmas Season we now celebrate.  Accept God’s gift or maybe reaffirm your acceptance from years past and assume your position as a child of God!  Christ’s care, love and comfort transcends all understanding if we only have the courage to step out and seek a relationship with Him.
